Developing Vision for Your Ministry, Marriage, and Personal Life
Where [there is] no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy [is] he. (Proverbs 29:18 KJV)
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make [it] plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. (Habakkuk 2:2 KJV)
For the vision [is] yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:3 KJV)
Corporate Vision is considered the vision of the local church that you are in covenant with. Each church should have its own vision set by the Senior Leader for the direction of the church. This vision should be open to all to access and to view. The vision should be written in a way that is plain and easy to understand by the church body. It should also be showcased somewhere visibly on display so that it is constantly seen by the church body. You should also have a vision for your personal ministry, auxiliary group, or department (praise & worship teams-choir, dance ministry, ushers, hospitality, youth, media, education, outreach-evangelism, missions, community service group, etc).

If you are married, you and your spouse should take some time and come together and write a vision for the direction of your marriage. It is important that you are open, honest, and in AGREEMENT with each goal down to every detail. Set SPECIFIC goals in multiple categories for the next 1, 3, and 5 years of your marriage. Categories to set goals in include: Financial, Intimacy, Educational, Faith, Fun, Fitness, Relationships, and Family. Be sure to place your vision in an open spot in your home so that you and your spouse will see it everyday. Ideal places include: your bedroom mirror or dresser, your refrigerator, or as a framed centerpiece on the wall of your bedroom, living or dining room. After each time-interval has been reached come together again and evaluate your progress towards each goal.

You may refer to the legend on the lower right hand side of the chart for category ideas for your goals, however remember to include only SPECIFIC goals on your chart.
The same strategy should be repeated in the two additional diagrams; one for Marriage Vision (if applicable) and one for Personal Vision. If you are more artistically inclined, feel free to make these charts more aesthetically pleasing.
